I went to the infusion center to get some iv's of steroids to stop a flare-up of MS. I was really impressed with the center. Great nurses! Makes your time there comfortable. In fact first morning I feel asleep :) that was nice. They are very accommodating & I needed to get 3 infusions done by Sunday & they were able to work me in. Thank you Nurses! I appreciate all your hard work & caring attitude.
Incompetence personified. Rude. Disorganized. No communication between the departments. I will go to a witch doctor in the hood before I ever set foot in this over priced shithole ever again.
I have gotten the most phenomenal care from the moment I walked through the doors. From the nursing staff to EVS all the employees want to be here and its obvious. I have serious medical issues and was using Baptist facilities and that won't ever happen again. So impressed and healing wonderfully. We have the ability to "shop" healthcare and my shopping is done. Patient for life here.
