Save yourself the time & frustration and go to anothe ER if you ever need one. My experience here has left me frustrated, in pain, & humiliated- after staff made a mistake, tried to blame me for their mistake, & haven't asked me once in the hours that I've been here what my pain level is (knowing I came in after a MVA). I also overheard other patients complaining about the poor attitude of some of the staff as well as them being rude to them. Spent seven hours at Sacred Heart in agonizing pain and never saw a doctor.. Had to go take my chances at Baptist; now that's sad..
The staff of the cardiovascular unit are the most professional and dedicated team that I have ever seen. They all treat everyone as family. A special thanks to Dr Tamburro for his expertise. He gave us great confidence. Thank you.
The staff was wonderful, they took great care of my kiddo. There was an emergency in one of the OR's, so her procedure was 3 hours late. Nobody's fault, but we live an hour away, so leaving the hospital at 7 PM with a groggy child was not the best circumstance. Everyone was very apologetic, and the recovery nurses were awesome!
My husband had been admitted for the last 2 weeks, and we honestly could not have asked for better or more compassionate care. Jessica from PCU, Carly and Laura from the Rapid Response team, Tracey, Roberta, Brian and Amy from T8, Miss Beverly, and the lovely young lady from nutrition (I forgot to get her name) the respiratory specialists, Drs Harris, Marco and Foreman were all fantastic.
