Been here for over 9 hours for seizures, that i can deal with. Rude employee's I can not! The older male in ER with white long hair in a pony tail is absolutely rude and not caring that we also have a 4 yr old who refuses to sleep at a ER. My family member use to run this ER and he did great but not now if employees talk to patients like that
Everyone on staff here is very attentive and professional. They really care.
Their Dr's would not challenge another even at the risk of patients life.
It's pretty sad when they forget, NOT ONCE, BUT 3 TIMES IN 4 DAYS, to bring you a meal... loose your labs and keep you in isolation for 3 days, UNNECESSARILY...get in a hurry and FORCE fluid thru your IV and cause it to infiltrate... creating a BASEBALL SIZE BALLOON IN YOUR ARM...EXCRUCIATING PAIN for TWO HOURS before giving pain medication... staff getting pissed off when Mom called me in the middle of the night screaming for help....
