I am done with sacred heart. I am tired of the way they treat people out in triage. And the fact I am fighting medicare for my neck and back surgeries because of my age they want me to do all this crazy stuff I have already done. All my doctors tell me to go to e.r when it is unbearable so I do. I start pain management the 14 th. I just moved here 6 months ago from Birmingham and I don't know anything about the medical centers around here but I have visited Sacred Heart two times in the Cardiology department and I'm very satisfied and happy with the care that I've had so far!

Do NOT USE VALET! The valet stole about 7 dollars worth of change out of our car. I called several people and no one will call back. It is best to just park and walk. I mentioned this on my personal FB and it happened to a friend a month ago as well to her.
Worst experience ever!!!! In a closed door room for two hours with my child in severe pain. I finally opened the door and a nurse (sitting on her fanny) says, "Do you need something?" The excuse for no one even approaching the room and checking my daughter at all - we had to get lunch!!! It goes downhill from there. The hospital is great. The ER is staffed by jaded people who don't care and think you're looking for drugs!! There for 7 hours!!!
The doctors, nurses, and techs were wonderful to me. They were concerned and caring, and got me in and out as quickly as they could. I had a facial laceration and had hit my head. They made sure I knew my options for treatment and had me collaborate with them for my care. Best hospital to go to!
