I recently spent a few days at Sacred Heart.What a wonderful experience I had!! All the nurses and nurse assistant's that came to my room were so caring and so nice! Meghan,Stacey,Joy,and all of them! excellent care!!...and..Dr. Rushing! I just love her!! she was attentive,kind,and so caring! and so easy to talk to! Also,the male nurse I had in the E.R was very good and so was the Dr. there! I also loved the cross on the wall in my room:)) Thank you Sacred Heart!
I am waiting for a family member to return from a surgical procedure. I ask for a chair over an hour ago. I'm 71 years old and still waiting. In addition they forgot about the patient needing surgery and left him in this recovery room for almost 24 hours. When I ask when the surgery would be they said they didn't know. I'm down here now still waiting if anyone is interested. Room 15. Floor 2.
Respectful caring techs, nurses, and doctors, listened tomy husband and helped him. Thank you.
Would not taken my Momma anywhere else but here! Great service in the E.R. & also on the floor after being put in her room for a short stay! Nurses was the best at helping my Momma every single time one of them came in the room! Nice, smiling � and yes even joking around with here! Keep up the great work!!
I was admitted from Monday 4/24/2017 till today . And I had the most amazing and caring nurses , Mariah , fenny , and Ashley S . They went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed and made sure you wasn't in no pain or anything . They made my stay and recovery amazing and easier then I thought it was gonna be ! I highly recommend them as nurses ! They are amazing at their job and AMAZING people ! Truly was sad being discharged today because I was gonna miss them . !
