Will never return. My husband went in with severe abdominal pain they not only kept him waiting for hour's, but pretty much thought he was lying. The room was dirty will never return

Went to the ER Friday for the doctor to tell me I had PID, and if there was blood when I urinated to go back, so I did on sunday. So, when I got there, I got checked in and they took me to put me in a room, which was completely dirty from the previous patient. Told them I was not going in there until it was cleaned and disinfected. I got an attitude when I told them I wasn't going in the room. When I got in the room after they said they cleaned it, there were stuff needle safety tops on the floor. The nurse stuck my IV wrong... read more

Thanks sacred heart for leaving me in the waiting room for over an hour hurting so bad & losing a baby while the two girls up front just laughed n talked, and told me Oh your not 16 weeks so you can wait. Never will I come back for anything, never been so disrespected & humiliated

My son come to visit for Spring Break. He has been diagnosed with Crohn's disease. After being up all night throwing up, he told me what was going on and asked to go to the hospital. So I took him to Sacred Heart. We checked in at 10:15 a.m. This morning, after sitting in the waiting room 5 hours he was finally taken back to a room. He sat in the waiting room 5 HOURS in pain.
