My obgyn Dr. Sontag is absolutely the best ever I've used him for the last 15 years and couldn't be more pleased with the care of him and his team. Now for my fourth pregnancy he has showed me nothing but the best!! Ty so much for always calling me back to answe any crazy questions I may have asked in the past they always take the time to make sure I understand and get all the knowledge I could possibly need lol I don't have not one single complaint!
My 7yr old had to have his tonsils and adenoids removed. The OR staff was wonderful. They came in to introduce themselves and eased my sons nerves by joking with him. Special shoutout to Kathy B., Tami, Sherry, Tracie, Heidi and of course, Dr. Kluka!!! Thanks for making this so easy!
I couldn't make an appointment online because my symptoms were "so severe that I needed to seek immediate medical attention." So I go to the E.R and wait there for nearly 3 1/2hrs and not be seen. How are my symptoms So severe that I can't make an appointment and wait at home but yet iI have to wait at the hospital??
That was one of the worst hospital visits about 6 and a half hours and they don't know what they were talking about my recommend people to go to West Florida at least they treat you better they treat you like a human being instead of a dollar sign so that's my opinion

I went through inquicker because I did not feel well enough to sit in a waiting room for hrs. I scheduled right before 4pm and my appt time was 8pm ish. I got there at 8 pm checked in and sat in a wheelchair in the waiting room for 1 and a half hrs before I saw a triage nurse and then got an ultrasound about an hour later. I never was put into a room. I thought inquicker was designed to keep you out of the waiting room yet this is the first time I have ever gone to an ER and not been put in a room.
