RecommendedOur nurses on labor and delivery and mom and baby floor were ALL wonderful. I wish I could remember all their names and give each a shout out. Every time my husband or I asked for something it was taken care of immediately! This is my first child and it was very hard not being able to have my mother there because of Covid-19 rules but I was comfortable the entire time and I felt so cared for, as well as my new baby and every staff member I came into contact with helped calm my nerves. I would not recommend this hospital!!! One of my best friends had a horrific experience that may have permanent damage to her health. So unfortunate. I’m sharing all over my social media- to bring awareness and be your own advocate and fight for your rights !
This place is the biggest POS joke of a hospital I’ve ever been to in my entire life. My 19 year old son came in with serious life threatening heart problems yesterday and was treated with complete disregard. He wasn’t given the results of his echocardiogram or treated by any physician other than a nurse for over 12 hours. He checked himself out after being given only ibuprofen and being ignored by the nurse’s station completely when calling for help several times. Some of the rudest front desk workers at the ER department I have ever experienced. Do not recommend
This is almost like a drive thru. Came in with chest pain they did EKG, back to lobby to wait after hour, triaged back to lobby, them blood drawn back to lobby to sit. Been here 2 hours and not one person has gone to the back😠😠😠This is the worst treatment I have ever received. They keep you in the lobby run their test then discharge you without seeing Dr. Deplorable and had I driven I would have left. NEVER AGAIN. I have never been treated like this. Been to other ER’s . Sickening.

I went to the Sacred Heart ER with every symptom of a kidney infection and was diagnosed with a ruptured ovarian cyst. That was Tuesday. My nurse wore their gloves in the hallway and then started my IV with the same gloves. It’s Friday now and I’m at Santa Rosa Medical Center with septic pyelonephritis.
As long as you have employees like Michael Ruckman employed as a radiology tech working at your facility, I would not feel safe receiving treatment. He posted on a news website that the police should be unloading on these "savages" so that they can get inline. That type of thought and behaviour does not reflect how anybody working in the medical field should behave.
