Recommendedhad a complete knee replacement surgery done on 11/26/19 the staff was helpful in keeping me comfortable. staff was knowledgeable and very nice. I was discharge the next morning as the surgery went amazingly well. Dr Kurt Morrison is good at what he does and I would recommend him to anybody that has Orthopedic needs
Outstanding ER, the entire staff was very welcoming and understanding to my Daughters needs. She was taken care of very well. We are so very thankful for knowledable health care professionals.
My mom is being discharged without having met a doctor in person to explain why they decided not to do a procedure to remove blood clots from her lungs. She's scared and confused. Asked multiple times to see the doctor. Were told he would call. Never did.
The staff and nurse practitioners at the facility on Mobile Hwy are extremely rude and very unhelpful. They lack compassion and professionalism. You have to literally beg to get anything done by the staff. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy there. I HATE IT!!

Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Trying to make a doctor's appointment in office and was told to go elsewhere to do it. Went elsewhere and was told to make the appt. at the doctor's office. Finally found someone to help me only to find out appointments can't be made. Have to wait for the doctor to call me.
My Dad was taken care of at Sacred Heart. They have an awesome staff of Doctors and nurses that went above and beyond to help him recover. I especially appreciate nurses Jamie and Emily on night shift. Two awesome and sweet ladies...they deserve a raise!
They back up Doctor's and sweep abuse of the elderly and disabled under the rug
I read how horribly they treated Charlie. A young child with Cancer.,
