This Express Lab Department is so , I don’t have words! I’ve brought people here b4 but today is the worst I’ve ever experience! For simple labs blood work! I know all the health care people are overwhelmed but it’s cold and people are waiting for hours just to get labs! Sacred Heart Hospital have to do better! Can we start with turning the air off! It’s 40 degrees out🥶

Stop sending covid patients home because they don't care if they live or die!
RecommendedI recently had my first Covid vaccine. It was administered in Milton by Ascension Sacred Heart. I just want to give the whole operation kudos for a well run operation. The total time for my vaccination was 33 minutes which included the 15 minute wait to make sure there were no side affects! Great operation! 💕💕

Absolute no communication from staff! In the age of CoVId there should be better communication with family about what is going on with someone while in the hospital. The staff won’t answer the phone at all and when. You do get someone to answer the only response is I’ll call you back and no one ever call back. Absolutely unacceptable!

After going through COVID for 14 days and the past 4 at Sacred Heart I want to send a thank you to all my friends for your well wishes and prayers. Still left with some pneumonia and inflammation that is going down by the day on a load of steroids and crazy load of vitamins. Vitamin C, Zinc, B1, Vitamin D, B Complex and more I can’t recall.
