Excellent care for my Uncle here.. The Dr. & Nurses were amazing.. True caring people there.
I brought my husband to the ER on the 22 of November, thinking he was having heart trouble. The ER nurses and doctors took over and where absolutely AMAZING! we spent 2 day in the ICU and the nurses down on that floor are wonderful, and made sure I understand everything and took just as good of care of me as they did my husband, they are special people down on the 2nd floor, when my husband no longer need the Amazing care he got on the 2nd floor they moved us to 9 north. Had a surgery here and a parade of people had to see or check on me. They were all cheerful, positive and attentive to me needs. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON.
My stay here was totally unexpected. The staff in the ER were great. They were quick and professional. I came in with an asthma attack and they were able to get it under control quickly. They reassured my wife the whole time and kept us both as calm as possible. I was admitted and taken to 9 North. All of the staff on that floor were amazing. I have had five stays in surgical centers, this stay was a total revision of my R hip joint. Everything has been excellent. This facility rocks. I love it.. Right down to the coffee and tea..
Nurse Jacquie was amazing! Brought my daughter an extra pillow and blanket so she could snuggle with me, and a special hot chocolate and yogurt cup. It really helped her not be so afraid that Mama was in the hospital. Nurse Jacquie, if you ever read this, you made my night. You're a credit to the profession and an amazing asset to Sacred Heart.
My husband was in for a seizure and hitting his head every badly we need up staying the night and every nurse my husband had they were so caring and helped me make him eat lol and just took good care of him and I thank u for that u have some amazing people working at this hospital
The hospital is fine, DR. Barrett or whatever her name is in pediatrics should be fired.
The staff was great.
