I was in there earlier this week for a surgical procedure. I was amazed at the quality of care and concern from everyone that worked there. From the folks on the phone who took my food orders, the ones who delivered the meals. (One in particular that made a lasting impact). To the nurses, the anaesthetic guys, they were rather comical. Every time I have ever evperanced this facility from a hemorrhage in my 20's~~to my so having spinal viral meningitis and now with me having a total right knee replacement it has been a total highlight in my life! Thank you to Dr Oakley all of my nurses who went above and beyond. Thank you!!!!
We had a baby here and everyone has been very nice and professional so far This is definitely the best experience I've had at a hospital
Five stars without a doubt. My son just recently had to have his appendix removed. Dr. Thorne and team, the nurses, the staff and the volunteers (including Pearl the dog) were all outstanding. They all went way above and beyond to take care of my little guy and help him feel comfortable. I can not give enough thanks to the wonderful people at this facility. Thank you.
Sacred Heart has a very caring staff that helps you when you need it. I had my youngest daughter here in 2009 and my oldest daughter had surgery here in 2014. She also has a doctor in the doctors building. In both instances we felt we got the best care possible. My husband and I apperciate everything that was done!
They helped my son when other hospitals failed! Love it there, such kind hearted people! They also have a lot of resources to help you (in my case, we live out of town)!
