Received excellent care on a recent visit! Thank you to all the staff who assisted in my care and who gave comfort and support to my family.
Mrsa infected rat nest. Snakes slither around pretending to help, but all the want is you insurance money. Killed my beloved father with the lack of accountability. Nurses cross contaminated multiple times in front of me. Worst experience of my life.
Started out ok by getting me in fairly quickly for the severity of my health. Then it hit the brakes, maybe seperate the people that are coming in under arrest so everyone doesn't have to be threatened and cussed at, put them in a room with tape over their mouths. Hour and 15 I got called back and then everything got real slow, took about 5 hours before I saw the doctor and being in the middle bed the nurses were treating people on each side but not me. The staff absolutely amazing, from nurses to aids. If I called they where there even if I just wanted to chit chat, they would find a minute to do so. Thanks to all who cared for me while my 4 day stay.
So I was recently at providence behavioral place twice(not proud of it) but both times I was their the same damn nurse started an argument with me and naturally they blamed me for the entire situation! Why r their nurses arguing with mentally unstable people? Hello I'm the mental one why she acting in a way that'll keep someone from receiving help!
