One of the ladies at the front desk was looking at my son like he was a piece of garbage that walked in off the streets, the nurses n the drs were real nice in the emergency room area though
I had a visit to the emergency room last night for chest pain that was sharp. I've been in 4 times in the last month, and my last 3,visits were excellent. I was a little disappointed in this visit. The waiting room was jam packed, and the front desk RN was very rude. There was a disoriented lady in the waiting room that all staff seemed to treat like crap. My wife was kept over night after her surgery excellent staff and took good care of her Also the food is in the cafeteria is great
My daughter has been seeing the people in pediatric pulmonology and cystic fibrosis for over 5 years now the girls there are amazing always great Patient Service and the communication is excellent the girls are always friendly they listen to your concerns about your child in person or over the phone. Dr. Chavez is an amazing Doctor. My daughter loves her & all the stuff in Pediatric pulmonology and cystic fibrosis.
Sacred heart heart instute is top notch in care and treatment
IF THERE WAS SOMETHING LESS THAN 1 I WOULD CHOOSE IT. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE, GO TO ANY OTHER HOSPITAL. Instead of helping someone dying of an allergic reaction the check in counter cunt just called her a junkie and left her in a room alone to die.
