Last year's appointment was fine. This year, I called and booked an appointment for TODAY. My Patient Portal confirmed TODAY. I arrived and the woman at the desk said their system had it listed as TUESDAY. Their systems aren't even in agreement (I have a screenshot of the Patient Portal listing today's date as the appointment). AND, I have another week of anxiety about my oncology screening.
I have been going to Sabates for 8 years to see a specialist. While I feel the care is adequate the staff is rude (including some of the doctors) and I always have to wait 1-2 hours before I am ever called back to see the doctor. It is beyond ridiculous. After my last visit I have vowed to never go back.
Five star service from this great team of doctors!
No better recommendation than to say we took Mom to the Barry Road site and she always was treated with care and respect. I now have my yearly check ups and glasses prescription at the Leawood Office.
