my mom is on a budget and needed a procedure and they refused to work with her budget at all. now shes at risk of habing a heart attack. she called all day in the days before her procedure to work something out and find out if it was still a go. at 730pm the night before she got a call stating she still needed to come in. after a 30 min drive there she was turned away by a VERY rude lady whom again refused to offer any help. we are in covid-19 times and lots have lost their jobs and yet they offered no financial assistance? ... read more

RecommendedTo begin, the staff here is amazing and on top of everything. From safety precautions for COVID, paperwork, billing, and setting expectations. The facility is clean and organized, kid friendly and welcoming overall. They let me know what would happen step by step for my sons surgery by keeping me updated face to face, via text, and over a tv screen with his own id number so I was aware what steps he was in for operation.
