I have been coming to Carondelet group seeing Dr.Higa and his other staff since April 2020 to get bariatric surgery that was supposed to(told by dr.higa that it was possible to have it over fall break) which it never happen. Ingot the call to schedule surgery September 29th 2020 and was told it might not happen that day depending on insurance. Which I was okay with. I called my mom who lives in Michigan and told her to book her flight because who doesn't want their mom there for them during and after a big surgery like this.... read more

Recommendedarrived late in the middle of the night, was in labor and was seen and treated right away. they're letting me stay extra days for recovering too! All the staff has been honest and kind and really caring about me and my needs ❤️

absolute worst Hospital experience for the second time. my father 80 years old less than 48 hours out of surgery have found him soiled in bed freezing and unattended and the past two days 0 cleanliness in the hospital had to call for housekeeping over and over to clean up the floor and the bathroom and have his Linens and him bathed absolute worst experience ever this Hospital should be shut down

RecommendedI was diagnosed with Diverticulitis on June 16 and had to have emergency surgery on July 4. My surgeon Dr. Klaristenfeld was nothing short of amazing and miraculous. He took such genuine care of me and continues to. The staff on 5 East is FABULOUS!! Erwin, Patrick and Erica Stopp were just a few that showed such impeccable care that I know God has a hand in my care. RecommendedI had surgery here this morning, the entire staff was very caring and professional. It was my first surgery and I was very nervous but everything went perfect! Dr Musunuru was also very wonderful! Both highly recommended!
RecommendedAll the staff were professional, yet warm and caring. The Center is clean, well organized, and the staff reassured the patient every step of the way. As a health care professional myself I can only say I was impressed once again - this was my eighth visit between me and my family members over the last 10 years! Thank you Amanda, Amy, Sarah, Brooke, Dr Loyd, Dr Andersen, and my post op RN Lori who got me through all my nausea and pain and out the door to go home! Highly recommend Grass Valley Surgery Center!
