RecommendedI've had 2 hip replacements by Dr Lin. Perfect results and fantastic care by the surgical staff. My Primary is at the San Juan Capistrano facility and the most beautiful spanish mission style bldg. easy parking and fantastic personnel. Xray, Pharmacy, Labs all in a one-stop shop. Another shout-out. My husband was in a bad motorcycle accident in 2011 and (former Kaiser physician) Doctor Taksali literally saved his leg. st. Luke's wasn't terrible, until we started having random bills roll in. We were told we had paid everything in full at the hospital. cue bills. I set up a payment plan and then 7 days later they were going to take us to collections. 0 integrity and when I asked for a statement showing our agreement for the payment plan they stated they couldn't provide that.... I would not recommend this hospital to friends or family or enemies
RecommendedI had two procedures done at Murdoch this week and was treated like gold by Dr Bagan and the entire staff. Everyone from Traci in Preop to the endo staff of Shelly, Jennifer, Roxie and a couple of others were great but a special thanks goes out to Charlene who was with me from procedure to recovery and even walked me out to the car holding hands. It doesn't get any more caring than that.
RecommendedThe staff is very attentive.. They ask all of the needed questions in order to create the best care plan for you... The pool is huge and very clean..
