The doctors and nurses may be “heroes“ but the people who schedule the appointments should go through a stricter protocol and better training. They seem to be completely unaware of when appointments need to be made, when people need to arrive, and when their doctors and nurses arrive. It took two weeks to schedule a vasectomy which should’ve been done after the baby was born and then was told to arrive an hour early. Showed up this morning with shortness of breath and Covid symptoms. The ER sent me to my car to wait. I've been waiting in my car for 3 1/2 going on 4 hours. The wait time and service here is horrible!!!
One of the male doctors(or nurce) that shoved the tube up my nose could have been more gentler. He seemd very angry as well. Half the staff is great, the other very awful. I habe a high pain tolerance and that made me scream and bleed. And a piece of skin came out my nose.

I have a loved one in ICU with COVID. We can't visit and we can't get updates. I understand, they are busy, but you would think they would attempt to accommodate family members by having someone provide patient updates. it's definitely worse on weekends and holidays. 5 minutes, is this that impossible to do?? Or they just don't care. Well the reviews say it all!!
