Great service! Really happy with the end result, would definitely recommend!
Booked an appointment after the job was priced up. Left a message as needed to adjust the appointment time slightly (our fault), no response, tried again and again no response. Didn't turn up at the originally agreed time either, wife left waiting in for him to not turn up. Eventually got hold of him and rebooked - again a no show and we were waiting in. Poor way of doing business and appalling customer service. Won't be recommending and have now booked someone else. A week wasted and inconvenienced.
Sam has a very good telephone manor and is an extremely nice young man, in person also, I am very pleased wth the work he did on my garage very tidy and the price was very good too, I would recommend SA Garage doors every time, well done Sam keep up the good work
