Sold us Car with a cracked engine casing rendering it in-usable. When sold told us the car was in good condition with no issues. They are now refusing to refund us and are now trying to say the car was sold as spares or repair, which it wasn’t. They either knowingly sold us a defective vehicle or failed to check the vehicle before selling it.
