We took our motorhome for an MOT . It failed and needed some repair work. There was a 3 week wait for a 2 day slot. We took the vehicle round at 8am on the specified day expecting it to be returned the following day at close of business. I rang up.in the morning on the 2nd day but was told Simon had a lot of work on .. and was told that two cars had failed their MOTs and were prioritised to be repaired first. Had to wait three weeks to get my vehicle in just to be seen to, which I can completely understand if any business is busy but then only to be told the mechanic is too busy to take the work on Way that will be £144. I have never known a business to charge you for a quote for work that they can’t do. Appalling
