SW Maddy have looked after my vehicles for decades. As a rural vet they literally kept the show on the road. Responsive, trusted, pragmatic, kind: they are everything you could want in a garage. Last week they excelled themselves, even by their own high standards. Diagnosing the problem, sourcing and fetching the part themselves, and fixing my truck within a couple of hours, they came to the rescue once again. Absolutely stellar service. Thank you.

called up to simply ask for help on a matter with my car and whether someone could have a look to see what the issue is, spoke to me in a disgusting way saying things such as “we have no interest in your car” “we aren’t just last resorts if other garages have damaged it” “why did you even send that part off anyway it doesn’t make sense”. considering my family has used this company many times in the past and all i wanted was help as they had been recommended i just found this appalling. i will never be calling or visiting thi... read more
