I had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, there was little regard for respectful communication or client care.
Having left it to the last minute to get the MOT done, this fabulous place sorted me right out. Friendly without being over familiar, the fella behind the jump was courteous and professional. He didn't pass judgment when I asked the most rudimentary of car engineer questions. Top gear.
