Ive used Shane and his cousins for a number of simple jobs, that other professional tradesman wouldn't do as it was mainly labour. Although he does try, (which is why we gave him a bit more business), in the long term we had to call in professionals to clear the mess, or we had to fix it ourselves. e.g, although we allowed him to drive hus truck on to our garden, when it rained and the grass became soft, he ended up leaving huge tyre dents across the garden, which I had to fix by soiling and returfing. Shane turns up usually around 10.30am with his cousin Vinnie and leaves around 3.30pm, which he calls a full day. Shane spends much of his time in his van on the phone leaving the work to Vinnie, who is a labourer with no particular skills. Hence the job is never completed and then they ALWAYS ask for more money to finish the job, or threaten to walk off site. Shane and his team done a great job cutting down my tree and removing the stump. Very professional and friendly, service offered was on time and reliable. Would definitely recommend .
