Worse than useless. Repeatedly given promises and assurances each week for a quote or even (when I gave up on that) a rough date to start. They strung me along like that week after week of promising for around six months when I could have got the job done elsewhere far quicker. Yep, I’m the idiot for trusting them. The problem with roofing in Cornwall is that there is such high demand that the quality bar can be this low.
