Smc have been a massive help to me after the property I'm purchasing failed a mortgage survey. They got the works required to pass the survey done in good time, all the work was done to a top standard and for a reasonable price. The house was left clean and tidy and I was kept up to date with progress. I will definitely use SMC again in the future i couldn't fault them at all. Thankyou

Your workers are EXCELLENT. Polite, Professional, passionate and very hard working. Credit due to them all.
