I have not long rented a property from S J Homes, my first...so of course I had a lot of questions! Telmo was super helpful and helped answer all my questions even the ridiculous ones. Steve has been lovely and responsive with any queries/issues. I'm looking forward to my tenancy with such lovely people/agents. S John Homes manages a property in my beautiful gated block. Since moving in their tenants in Oct 2023, my beautiful, peaceful oasis has become a nightmare. It's 1.30am as I type and I am unable to sleep due to constant door banging which can easily be resolved, very loud talking and loud music. House Purchase - Never use them. Very disappointed with our experience and would never recommend them. After receiving the memorandum of Sales and finalising the deal, we secured the mortgage and paid the solicitor fees. But when we called them, they responded with "the property has been sold to someone else last week". Did not even have the courtesy to inform us!
