We appointed SJS as the principal contractor for a full refurbishment of the exterior of the building, which included resurfacing 12 roof terraces, refurbishing the main flat roof, replacing over 100 external spandrel tiles and supporting timber, repainting the entire building, repairing concrete and resurfacing the entrance footbridge, and also replacing gravity-fed water tanks. Builders where very friendly and meticulous. Just a small decoration job on my house, but in all fairness I had no complains whatsoever. Job was clean and professionally done to a very high standart Will definitely use them again.
