S&B assured us that they would be able to move our piano in our recent house move. They subsequently moved it, along with our other home contents on a day when their specialist piano removalist was on holiday. They damaged the piano. It is still awaiting repair and we have been without it for 8 weeks. The communication from the company regarding this incident has been very poor and we are very disappointed by the overall service we have received following this unfortunate incident. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We used S&B Removals after a number of recommendations and they did not disappoint. From the first call Erin, John and the team were incredible, especially when it came to several date changes, nothing was ever a problem. The removal team were efficient, fast and a great bunch of guys. Their sense of humour and expertise made both sides and absolute breeze for us.
