I ordered a moonpad vacuum cleaner in late October which worked properly for about 2 weeks. Now - mid December it has NO SUCTION whatsoever. It’s a rip-off. DO NOT order from these people. I tried to send an email to their “support “ and it could not be delivered (probably because it doesn’t exist)
SCAMMER, selling Typkur vacuum cleaner claimed to be made by Danish engineers, product was made in China with the brand MoonPod, rubbish piece of junk. Please DO NOT BUY, save your hard-earned money. Customer service is JOY probably AI, useless.
It is a scam company, selling fake advertised products, no possibility of refunding and ignoring emails. Be aware and avoid it by all costs
