Excellent, professional staff and service - from physiotherapy, to phlebotomy, and ear syringing. Decent amount of parking available. Interiors and decor could do with some upgrades - lends to an abandoned, dour atmosphere, which is slightly off-putting
From my own experience I found the staff to be very chatty and friendly. I'm not good with medical procedures, but the nurse was very supportive.
Crap building, great service. What a grim place! From the unattended entrance, through the maze to one of several waiting rooms. Loads of inhospitable signs warning - there's no reception here, do not disturb, no one in this room deals with the public, you're probably waiting in the wrong place, if you don't get a token you won't get out the car park. Just what you want prior to a medical appointment... But my physiotherapist was excellent. Polite, professional and switched on. Can't fault Jason. It's a shame, a proper shame... read more
