Staff were uninterested and unbothered. My car was driven into another parked vehicle and sustained damage to the front. I went to speak with Rye Street Group in person, and I was more than willing to pay privately for any repairs and vehicle inspections. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rye Street Bishop's Stratford and would strongly caution others against using their services. I sent my Jaguar iPace to them for a simple repair – a small ding on the front door, no more than 10 cm in diameter. Unfortunately, what should have been a quick, straightforward fix turned into a complete nightmare. The repair took over 10 days, which in itself was unacceptable for such a minor issue.
