Extremely poor so called customer service!. He could not be bothered to show me the cars that would be suitable for my preference- I had to ask him to show me. I also had to ask him for information on them. It was very hard work having to prompt him with questions as he had no interest apart from finding out my budget!. Will definitely avoid this place in the future. A waste of time me going there. Terrible service.
Awful sales customer service, walked in seen two guys in the sales office which was smelling if damp and run down i was ignored he had absolutely no intention of getting off his chair and mobile phone and seemed way more interested in his screen than greeting me, so i asked hey is this the sales department me to which i was unenthusiastically replied to yeah then carried on watching his phone ... i then had to make all the effort asking about a vehicle being interested but i was getting no where it was like speaking to a bri... read more
We've been in the area for a difficult personal reason and the car needed attention. We were recommended Rydon's garage and they couldn't have been better. They were helpful and friendly from the moment we came in, but fair and honest about what might be needed. We booked the car in for the work and it was done very quickly and well.The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. If we didn't live hundreds of miles away, I'd be a regular. Thank you so much!
