Road trip to Rydells My husband and I recently drove to Rydells to purchase a new vehicle. We were greeted by Jim Warmack who was professional and friendly. We were not pressured to buy, but Jim answered all of our questions. We would recommend Rydells to friends based on the friendly staff and great car selection.

Going the extra mile. I have been working with Ken Espelund for a couple years now. He has always been good to work with, polite & professional with a smile. We have an 07?? Saturn that went through tires very fast. Ken went way above & beyond the norm in researching why & how to fix it, talking with tech??s about specs, matching the right tire to the vehicle. He did not stop until the problem was solved and we were driving smoothly down life??s highway once again. Thanks again Ken, for going that extra mile.

Excellent customer service...! I recently bought a front clear coated sheet kit, an application custom made to protect the front edge of hood, entire front bumper and mirrors from stone chips and to ease cleaning. I want to express my appreciation for the great customer care, from sale by a Trevor and accomodations in getting the application arranged in the service division- Thanks to everyone involved in making this customer want to come back for service needs! Great service experience! Another positive experience at Rydell's service dept. thanks to Rod Troftgruben, John Tyrrell and Ken Espelund. A warning light came on while my husband was out of town. My dilema was taken seriously and was quickly resolved. It required warranty service and Ken Espelund coordinated the ordering parts, rental car and made my service experience painless.
