Need help putting your baby car seat in your car? I love that they offered free services to help us put in our baby car seat. We were first time parents and we wanted to make sure we put the car seat in correctly. They have this available to the community every month once a week. The only part that wasn't so fun was waiting in line. :)

Thanks a bunch Sandra I would like to thank Sandra Harthan for her excellent service in helping me purchase my first vehicle. It was a new experience for me, and she helped me out with a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Sandra for anyone buying a vehicle at Rydell. The car is great, and i know she would help me out with any problems i would ever come upon.

Thank you Ken Espelund! I brought my Cadillac Escalade in to have the tires replaced. They were specialty 26" rims. After replacing the tires it was discovered that air was leaking out of one the tires. After thorough, persistent investigation by Ken Espelund, the cause of the leak was a faulty valve stem that was affected by temperature change. Ken went out of his way to see that this repair was completed to my satisfaction. I want to thank him for his hard work and determination. Bernie Dallum

A Very Good Experience My experience buying a car at Rydell Chevrolet was extremely customer friendly. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle for her and we simply sent Mike the things we were looking for and a day later he sent us a couple of options that were right on the mark. Two days later we came in to see him to test drive the vehicle and a day after that we sat down to buy it. 2 trips, 1 car, 1 happy wife! Overall a pretty easy experience.

Larry Coltom review I purchased my new GMC pickup from Kim Floberg at Rydell's and was treated very well through the entire transaction. She made me feel that she was there to help with whatever I needed and I was very pleased. Kim also introduced me to Matt Paschke in the accessorys dept and he treated me equally as well and I was very happy with the service Matt gave me. I highly recommend Rydell for your auto needs.

service visit thanks to Ken Carlson and Brad Korsmoe. was in the store for service earlier in the month and was waiting because i live out of town the repairs were more extensive than intialy thought, since Brad was almost done for the day he introduced me to Ken and let me know Ken would be taking care of me the rest of the evening. What a great job they did explaining what was happening Ken knew everything that was going on. very smooth vist. Thanks Again

satisfied customer About a year ago, our car developed a knocking noise in the engine. We took it to two or three different dealerships to fix it, including the dealership where we bought it. We received no satisfaction at any of those places, so we took it to Rydell in a last-ditch effort to find the problem. Ken Espelund handled the servicing of the car with the utmost concern for our satisfaction and getting the job done right.
