S. Wurden I own a Nissan Murano in which the hatch had started to rattle. I had brought it to the Nissan dealership at a min of 2 times for them to fix. Each time I was there it took them a min of 3 hours to "Fix" the problem which was never fixed. So, I contacted Steve Flatt a sales associate at Rydells, he brought me back to Travis Bursinger in the Service Dept. Travis scheduled me right away to get the hatch fixed. Great service/salesman We had a very good experience at rydell. We found the car online and although we are from Moorhead our sales consultant Bill Bushaw offered to arrange his son to drive the Honda we were looking at down to Moorhead. We decided to buy the Honda for their reliability and high trade in value. Bill was very good to work with and we are very happy with our purchase. We hope to be driving our Honda for years to come.
