It was my first time going to the opticians on my own and I was quite nervous, but everyone was very friendly and kind especially the man testing my eyes. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing very well. He let me ask questions and answered thoroughly which helped me to understand lots about eyes including my own. We popped in last Friday and your lovely assistant adjusted my glasses after I had a nasty fall in Ventnor. She took the utmost care not to break them as ther were bend quite badly. Thankyou for the sympathetic ear also. You made me feel much better with straight specs on my battered face!
Absolutely first class service from all of the team. Professional, friendly and spot on with advice about new frames! The most comprehensive eye examination I have ever had together with careful explanation of results put my mind at rest. All round excellence!!!
