Very happy with the service provided by Ryan Oliver Construction. Very pleasant to deal with, good communication, very tidy and top notch workmanship. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but I would definitely say they were good value for money. I would recommend and use again.

Ryan and Oliver and their team provide an exceptional service and we cannot praise them enough. All the staff are tidy and very polite. Disruption was kept to a minimum. They did exactly what we needed as the extension was for my husband who has Parkinson's disease and we wanted ramp access and walk in shower etc as he is a wheelchair user. We had a loft conversion done by Ollie & Ryan and their team. Through the whole process from quote to completion everyone was helpful and considerate to our particular needs. The Building Inspector and our decorator both commented on the high standard of the interior. We're so pleased with the result, we have them coming back to do more work later in the year. The only down side - more and more people are hearing about them and wanting them. Lead times for work are getting longer, but they are worth the wait!

We would like to thank Ryan Oliver Contruction who recently rebuilt an outhouses for us. The standard of work was excellent, they all worked really well as a team and we're pleasant and polite. We were informed of the all different stages of work and we're always on time. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan Oliver Construction to anybody.
