I had a great salesman who is no longer with this place but it stopped there. Never been so dissatisfied with the service in 30+ years of dealing with trucks!!!! I will NEVER have anything good to say about this dealership and will NEVER set foot in a Ryan dealership again!!!
Brought my 2014 Dodge Caravan to Ryan Motors to have the fan fixed. When I picked it up at closing time and started it, the heat didn't come on and my rear defrost light was flashing, turned it off and started it again and after a few moments the heater kicked in. Went right inside and was told by the receptionist that there was nothing she could do as everyone had already left.
