Let me tell you a short story about Ryan motors customer service. In 2017 I bought a two year old ram pickup with 40k, remainder of powertrain warranty, and the paperwork showed the windshield had been replaced while they had the truck on the lot. I was satisfied with the deal and to be honest I love the truck. Well about 6 months later I was washing the truck and noticed what looked like rust inside the gap most of the way around the windshield. Such a good place to get a car. Friendly atmosphere and got approved quick. Ryan Rosland was on top his game trying to get me a car. And explained everything were it was easy to understand. I will be referring family and friends to him personally. Good Job Ryan Motors

Number 1 rule in Customer Service… The Customer is Always Right! Ryan Motors service department could use a refresher course in Customer Service 101. I recently went to the Express lube. I waited 90 minutes for an oil change and rear diff fluid change. I was supposed to get and I paid for a tire rotation that didn't happen. After waiting for 90min I was charged $38 over what I was quoted, $25 of which was shop supplies. Then they emailed a survey to my dad. I don't know where they got his email. I'm not shocked. I'm still waiting to get a call back from a salesman about a new truck and jeep I'm planning to buy. I won't be back to ryan motors.
Terrible service in the sales department. Bought a used vehicle with 68k miles. Only had it for 4 months just long enough to get the plates and the whole time having problems with it including broken wheel studs, front suspension noise going over bumps, and rear suspension issue causing suv to wobble down the road at 70 mph.
