Better parking for customers, build a new building, super expensive on service work. The place is overall a dump. Red Rock has built not one but two brand new dealerships. Ryan motors has no excuse for the shoddy dealership they operate.

Ron Hendrickson in the Williston store was amazing to work with! He was willing to meet in Minot,as I live in Grand Forks, if I had wanted him to. He showed the truck and showed all the options it had. After purchase he made sure I knew what all the buttons were for and made sure I got all the Bluetooth features set up. Thank you so much Ron! How unfortunate is it that their telephone system doesn’t seem to work? Employees cannot call you and let you know that they will not be able to service your vehicle that day (though the appointment was scheduled for two weeks prior). What’s more, when you call to speak to the service manager, he/she does not answer the phone, and though you leave a message, he/she is unable to call you back.
They are AMAZING! Ron helped us & made it as easy as he could! He puts himself in his customers shoes and definitely puts them first! Highly recommend!! Thank you Ryan motors 😝
