We purchased a Chrysler 200 from a different dealer who was great. However before the car had 200 miles it quit on us and roadside assistance towed it to nearest dealer who was Ryan dodge. Car sat for almost two weeks before it was even looked at and when they did look at it they said they couldn't figure out codes it was throwing. We ended up hauling the car to a dealer in eastern side of state who fixed it that day as it was a blown fuse. When we picked up the car from Ryan dodge it was filthy dirty inside. The loan department was the worst. She told us they would check my credit for two banks to get the best interest rate. Later we checked our credit score and saw they ran my credit 5 times and still only got me an astronomical 10% interest rate through wells fargo!! I just got a loan in MT on an suv (1 year later and 30 points DOWN on a credit score) to replace the car bought there and I got a 1.7% rate. Would not ever shop there again.
Unfortunately we had to take our daughters 2013 Ram 1500 to this Ram Dealership to fix an issue with the engine. We left the truck, which was not running well, with the hopes they could fix the problem. We were contacted at 5:30pm (after hours) with "the technician could not duplicate the problem...maybe tomorrow" I had already had a lengthy conversation with the service guy....we were in a dilemma because we needed to drive back to Oregon...we needed the vehicle to be repaired so we could leave.
