Took my wife’s Honda to Ryan’s yesterday to get a brake controller and her first oil change on her Ridgeline. The service Dept was just as personable and professional as the sales Dept when she bought her truck. Thank you.....I will be back
We bought our new vehicle today and Mike Rosland helped us he was awesome would definitely go to him again and I’d recommend using him to anyone looking at a new vehicle. We also happened to have our 2 toddlers with us and the whole staff at Ryan motors was wonderful with them. So if your looking to buy a new vehicle go to Ryan motors.
So it took me 2 weeks to get my truck into Ryan motors to fix a compressor on the air ride of my truck. They said it was fixed and said if it happens again I would need a compressor. I made it 2 blocks. (But they said it worked when I left) it broke again in two blocks I guess. They also said my warranty would not cover the compressor (but it will) they said they would only email it in not call cause that's extra work. Bought my first vehicle from Ryan’s 10 years ago. 5 years later when I went to trade it in, it was such an awful experience i walked out and bought a new vehicle in Fargo and swore I would never go back to Ryan Motors. Now wanting a new Honda and to buy locally I gave them another chance. Because of an awesome mechanic named Marcus and great sales guy named Tom I purchased a new vehicle from them this week. This has been my go to dealership for many years now. Yesterday just proved yet again why I stay loyal! Before test driving a new vehicle Ron explained the entire vehicle to me and my husband so we understood everything. His hard work and dedication is absolutely fabulous!!
