Having tried rest, physio sessions, sports massages for a niggling injury on my calf/knee, with a competion looming I booked in with R&Y. What an absolute transfomation in just few sessions I went from thinking I would either struggle or not compete to absolutely smashing a PB out the park. The results from accupunture and cupping, supported by the advice given must not be underestimated. Highly Highly Recomended. Pic is the only one I have of cupping which was to also help relax my shoulders pre comp.
Excellent in every way. This was my first experience of Acupuncture - and it worked. Ray was able to fit me in quickly. Her clinic space is private, professional, relaxing and immaculately clean. It has been a great session. I felt calmer and more centred after the acupuncture, I felt my connection to my body has been strengthened and old tension was released. I felt relaxed and balanced. I recommend anyone to experience acupuncture session by Ray.
I visited Ray because of an issue with my neck. The process was relaxed and professional, with Ray clearly explaining what I could expect from the treatment. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my neck mobility, along with a sense of calm that helped ease any anxiety related to the problem. I will definitely be visiting Ray again.
I can’t recommend Ray enough! I came to her for sinus congestion, shoulder tension, and stress, and after every session I feel such a noticeable difference. My breathing opened up, my shoulders felt lighter, and I felt more balanced and calm. She’s incredibly intuitive, and truly takes the time to understand what your body needs. Every session feels like a reset for both body and mind.
