I had never tried Accupuncture before, so Ray’s calm and kind nature really helped as she explained the process and listened as I talked about why I thought I’d give it a try. I have had 3 sessions now to help with getting rid of lingering symptoms from a nasty chest/sinus infection and allergies and feel it has really helped! I highly recommend the acupuncture and cupping sessions with Ray. She is very thorough with the symptom analysis and I appreciated as well that she was reachable for my inquiries that came up after the session. She also recommended some home remedies that were both easy and efficient and in line with my constitution.
