Terrible customer service when all parts don't arrive to complete assembly of trailer hitch for fifth wheel. One box came completely destroyed immediately notified them of missing parts and have not received any resolution to the problem. Today I emailed them again with my complaint after sending pictures of boxes and missing parts list. Their response to me was thank you?? I ordered a part (AC Unit) $700+ from this company and the part arrived damaged by UPS. They told me I had to go to the manufacture for a warrantee claim. Wouldn't this be Fraud? They will not talk to me on the phone but only via chat on their website. They keep repeating in chat when I ask a question "For this issue you will need to file a warranty claim with the manufacture" How can we allow this type of company stay in business and treat people this way?

We buy parts from them very frequently. They are always super helpful and fast shipping too. Plus, always cheaper than anyone else online. They've got a great team that is helpful if you have questions. I'd recommend them.

If I could give this company a ) stars I would. They said my toilet was in stock so I ordered it. Then they said they would let me know when it would ship, they did not, so UPS took it back because I was traveling in my RV. This all happened in May. They screwed around for months and no toilet. They said 5 times I would get the toilet or a refund. Here, December 3, they sent a refund after 6 months and did not refund in full!!! They kept 70 dollars of my money after lying to me and feeding me BS for 6 months. Deal with them ... read more
