I highly recommend rv parts country for any of your camping necessities. My older ac unit went bad right before our camping trip and their team delivered my order within a few days. They helped me find the parts for my older camper with a new model number replacement. Very friendly, extremely professional, and great customer service for any of your camping needs. Highly recommend no matter the situation for any of your outdoor needs

Do not do business with these people! They sent me the wrong parts for my camper and then would not make it right. It even said it was not the correct part on the package. I sent them a link to the correct part to show them that what they sent was incorrect. When I started complaining about their error they kicked me off of their website which gave me no way to leave them a message or rate their service. In addition they just drop ship their merchandise so you would be better going with the actual manufacturer or a real camp... read more

I bought an air conditioner from here and all around experience was great. Very helpful customer service team who helped me determine the replacement to my old one. Unit was packed in a very thick box to protect it from carrier shipping damage. And got here in two days! I’m very happy and I will purchase there again if I need more parts.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and the biggest scam. I ordered on 12.6.21 and they said it was backordered. I kept emailing and they kept "checking with the warehouse." I even got an email that the product was back in stock so I wrote again. They kept "checking with the warehouse." After consulting with the BBB I got in touch with my Financial Institution to file a fraud claim.
