I can’t really comment on the Weight Distribution Hitch since I just picked it up at the UPS sorting facility an hour away from my home. RV Parts put the wrong street number on the shipping label which I understand can happen….that really isn’t my beef with them. Communicating with them is next to impossible. Had a great purchasing experience with this company. I was in a bind to buy a water heater before my Memorial Day camping trip. They got it to me in two days. It was the best price and also the customer service team helped me confirm which I needed. I will be back in the future for purchases.

Buyer beware. Inaccurate description of parts on the website. The only "customer service" is via a non live chat on the web site and they do not covet return shipping

Worst customer service ever! The customer service phone number does not answer, ever, it hangs up. Rude customer service and gestapo return rules. It is very expensive to return a large item, more than the item itself, so.....it's some shipping ponzi scheme like bezos. You are better off with amazon than these people who purport to be family run, like tha manson family maybe. Jessica seems to have all the passive aggressive qualities for a dysfunctional family business. BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a new roof air conditioning unit. Packaged arrived badly damaged. Could have been the carrier's fault. RV Parts sent a return label and I shipped it back. Weeks went by and no response or replacement a/c unit. Tried to call them but the phone number is just a recording with no options but to message online. I ordered an rv water heater for 480 dollars. It was shipped to South Texas. I live in Iowa. No refund, never received item. They don't answer emails or phone calls.
