I bought an RV AC unit from them. When I got it when I received it I opened it to see it was the wrong thing (not what I needed) I don't know if I ordered wrong or if they shipped the wrong thing because there is no one you can talk to there, you can only leave a message on their website. I ordered a Dometic thermostat in May 2021. It was installed by our most qualified licensed technician and worked properly through the cooling season. When the weather turned cooler in early September 2021, the thermostat would not switch to heating mode. It was a blank screen. The same technician (the owner of our companies) found the thermostat to be defective and asked me to order another one. I ordered an awning part online and was charged $778.80. I waited for about 70 days and when I recieved no contact or item I inquired via the companies website. I recieved an email thet had nothing attached and no explanation. I waited another 30 days, inquired again. I recieved an email saying they would look into the delay. after another 10 days they told me the part was discontinued. So they had my $778 for 110 days interest free. I ordered an AC ceiling unit for an RV and after a huge delay it showed up with missing parts, and a note and return slip in the box from the previous customer who had returned it as defective for missing parts. They won't talk to customers on the phone so we've been going back and forth for 2 weeks without any progress...they wanted a picture of the missing parts so instead I sent a picture of the previous customer's return slip. Avoid at all costs.

Just an update from a complaint I filed a month ago on 6/7/2021. They contacted me via email as always and said they would send out return postage stickers and upon receiving the hitch parts back that I cannot use because I am missing parts from the boxes that were destroyed they would return my 700.00 dollars. I ordered a replacement awning for our camper for RVParts Country. Their website made specifying what we needed pretty easy. When the company shipped the parts (they came in two boxes) to us, either they or the shipping company (RnL) reversed two numbers of the zip code, and shipped the parts to Florida instead of Virginia. Not sure how this happens in this day and age of instead address verification. After a few phone calls, the shipping company turned the shipment around, and sent it to Virginia. There is no one physically to speak to at all. I placed an order - realized we could not use it within 15 minutes and tried to cancel and the phone number they provide is only a recording and the email they provide is a "do not reply". Do not use. This business needs to be shut down so people do not use it anymore or they can stick to not using an online store. I will be refusing delivery and have filed a complaint with my American Express.

To start with the ordering and delivery of this product was easy. When I received the package it did not show signs of damage, however, when I opened the box the cover of the AC unit was obviously damaged. I had decided to continue with the install because at the time I needed AC thinking I would advise RVPartsCountry that the unit came damaged and they would send me a new cover. Beware of this company. Ordered a hot water heater from them on March 12th 2021. they sent the incorrect HWH as a replacement to the water heater I ordered. I was told that I was incorrectly directed to an old web page for the heater I ordered and was never once contacted by them to tell me that the heater I ordered was discontinued.
