It is a fraud. Placed an order online, (24000+ positive???) Stated in an email- we processing, in a FEW days will contact. ... ... ...4 weeks later I wrote a "general(and polite)" message to the above fraudster, asking(politely) to give me an update on my order , as promised "a few days later"(this is documented), ... ... ... Never received an answer, read BBB complains. 2 weeks later, I did ante up my language, saying that Financial institution will receive a claim, IF you will not provide me with the STATUS OF MY ORDER. I ordered a key for a generator on October 23, 2021. Said it would take 5-6 weeks. I've sent 2 emails since and all I get for a reply is we are checking with our warehouse. I would like a refund. If I would have read the reviews on the BBB i would not have ordered from this company. Buyer be ware

We ordered part #920412 Mirror Hitch Ball Finder 6//2020, order # AB-181087 for $30.45. We NEVER received anything but a runaround. My emails had been down for a couple of months and this situation just came back to my attention. We would like a refund, please.

On October 25 Order # AB- 222685 was entered and my credit card charged, with my understanding that the item ordered would probably take 5-6 weeks to ship. It's now been eleven weeks and it hasn't shipped. Every time I submit an inquiry a "case number" is assigned and I get a "no-reply" email referencing and invalid web address for "case status." I definitely should have researched this company before furnishing it with my credit card info. I haven't called because I read that callers get nothing but recording.

I ordered a awning for our camper slide on October 07th and our credit card was charged on October 09th. I've had no response from RV Parts Country London, Ky on shipment or tracking of awning ordered. I would like my card credited back $682.12. Please help resolve this, its been 3 months!

Hello Denis, I do apologize about the awning. As advertised, all awnings are made to order and special order from the manufacturer. They do sometimes take a few months in production depending on how busy the manufacturer is. I have since stopped production of your awning per your request and cancelled the order. Your order has also been refunded, I would recommend allowing a few business days for the refund to appear back on your account. Thank you!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars if I could. Here is my story: On December 3rd, 2021 I found online the lock I needed to replace my trailer broken lock. Even though the lock price was much higher than I expected I still bought it because i could not find this lock on Amazon, Ebay etc.. After waiting about 1 week finally I received lock but it was not the lock I supposed to get and did not fit my trailer door. Ordered a part, part never came. Can't get my money back. After reading reviews on the company this sounds like a common practice/problem.

They've got $1400 of my money and I have nothing. Can't even talk to anybody there. Best I can tell they are totally fraud
